Working in conjunction with several leading holiday home websites to include the UK's No1 Holiday Home website, your property is marketed world wide, by a team of experts, maximising the viewings and bookings of your property.

As part of the Letting and Marketing service we will:

• Manage the marketing and booking of your property
• Liaise with guests - collecting payments, contacting them when the property is ready, ensuring they have a 24 hour emergency contact number during their stay and following up for feedback after their visit
• Manage the change over, provision, welcome packs and maintenance of your property at a level as specified by you
• Liaise with and organise workmen, maintenance, cleaners and laundry
• Provide monthly statements clearly showing your properties income and expenditure, we believe in keeping it clear
• Provide feedback from your property
• Forward mail

Also included in the initial set up cost is:

• Photography and writing for your property
• Guest arrival information pack, letting your guest know how to reach the property (including a map), where to park, access information....
• Creation of a Local information and tourist pack
• Inventory for your property
• Fire/Hazard risk assessment, a legal requirement for all holiday lets
• Access Statement to comply with the Disability and Discrimination Act, providing pertinent information on the property inside and out, providing guidance on access to all the main facilities

For property owners who wish to join the Visit Britain ratings scheme we can provide a pre-ratings inspection report, which will list any missing inventory items and advise on any improvements needed to potentially reach the desired rating level.
