We pride ourselves on providing a top quality cleaning service suitable for all properties, up to a five star rating and guarantee high standards by employing, training and supporting our own team of cleaning staff. Cleaning is supervised and checked off by a manager who will ensure standards are maintained whilst checking the property is in top condition ready for you and your arriving guests.
Changeover Clean
The changeover clean is a fixed rate, thorough clean of the property completed after the departure of guests.
We dust, vacuum, change linen, clean bathrooms, kitchens, check fridges, freezers, ovens, draws, cupboards, dress the property, replace sundries and arrange welcome packs, always ensuring there is no trace of the previous guests. Our cleaning mantra is “attention to detail ". All work is carried out to meet the standard of the Visit England Guidlines. Incoming guest are notified when the property is vacant and we ensure they have the direct line for our management team so they can contact us should they need any assistance during their stay.
Vacant Refresh
If your property has been empty for seven days or more, we carry out a checking and refresh service. Ensuring all lighting and appliances are in good order, resetting amenities such as hot water and heating, removing any build up of dust and placing welcome packs.
Linen Only Where guests are staying for two weeks or more, we will visit the property to strip and change the linen and towels, mid stay at a time which is convenient for the guests.
Spring Clean
We would recommend that rental properties have a deep clean at least once a year, where the property is cleaned top to bottom, including carpet cleaning, refreshing the curtains and steam cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms.
This is normally done during the quieter time before the beginning of the new season.
Sundry items
We will keep your property stocked with items such as detergents, cloths, toilet rolls, bin bags, washing tabs, tea, coffee etc as specified by you to suit your rental income.
Welcome Gift
We recommend providing a welcome pack for guests, which normally includes flowers, wine, milk and biscuits. This is especially important when complying with Visit England guidlines.
We can source products for your welcome pack or use items as provided by you. Either way, our staff will ensure welcome gifts are well arranged and accessible for arriving guests.
