·         Pre Visit Set Up - We can set up you home before you visit e.g  cleaning, turning on heating, making beds, and also offer housekeeping services throughout your stay should you require them.

• Out of Season Property Checks - We can visit your home (normally on a weeky basis during the winter months) to check for storm damage, perimiter security/signs of attempted or forced entery, pests, damage, vandalism, damp and alarm systems. A tailored report on your property will ensure staff complete every check, in detail, every time.
